New Springbrook Residential Developments -
Malibu Phases 1-4 and Harvard Park Phase 2

 


The new residential development by Malibu Communities, east of the current Springbrook residential area (formerly Mynarski Park), is currently under development.
 
Phase 1, consisting of 36 lots close to Airport Drive is almost complete with site work completed for Phases 2 through 4. 
 
The total 95-acre 10-phase subdivision will consist of 500 lots once it's built out over the next few years. The phasing has been adjusted in that the lower half of what is shown on the map as phase 4 is now Phase 2, the upper part of Phase 2 is also part of Phase 2 and the lower part of Phase 2 is now Phase 3. Phase 3 is now Phase 4 (22 lots, landscaped berm and constructed wetland/storm pond).


 

Site work is complete for Phase 2 of the Harvard Park subdivision northwest of the current Springbrook residential area, consisting of 61 lots. Construction of houses is well under way.
